This is a short policy because this is a simple website. It describes what actually happens here, not what a template assumes might happen.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request — IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time — to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack. We do not receive a record of who visited, and we do not build profiles from it. Cloudflare’s handling is governed by its own privacy policy.
The phone number and email address on this site are ordinary links; using them starts a normal phone call or email. What you send us — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your property or project — we keep in order to quote and perform the work, and to meet the record-keeping our insurers and tax obligations require. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the job.
People we may share it with, and only as the job requires: our insurance broker and carrier, a licensed trade engaged for work outside our scope, and our accountant. Nobody else.
Quotes that do not become jobs: cleared out once they are plainly stale. Completed jobs: kept as long as Florida’s record-keeping, lien and tax periods require, which is measured in years, not months.
Write to info@barracudaprojects.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, except where we are required to keep a record — in which case we will tell you which record and why.
This site is for a construction-services business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
