A price from Barracuda Projects LLC exists only when it is issued in writing, for an identified property, with a scope sheet attached. Anything else is conversation.
Barracuda Projects LLC does not hold a Florida general, building or residential contractor licence, does not represent itself as holding one, and does not offer or perform work requiring one. The scopes we perform are lawful without a state contractor licence. Structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, gas, pool, and window and exterior-door work is outside our scope and is performed by appropriately licensed parties under separate agreement. The project photographs on this site are of work self-performed by Barracuda Projects LLC. They are published to show workmanship. They are not a representation that any future job will be identical in materials, finish or condition, and site conditions differ.
The text, photographs, layout and the Barracuda Projects name and emblem are ours. You may link to this site freely. You may not reproduce the photographs or the emblem, or present our content as your own, without written permission.
